Thanks to our collaboration with Ovalware, we spent a lot of time solving the problem of pour over coffee extraction. Pour over is one of the methods that allows you to get the best flavors from your coffee, and during preparation, plastic drippers have the advantage of heating their surface faster. Using paper filters is still one of the most popular methods, and some of the challenges can be the flow and consistency of the water flowing through the coffee grounds. Unlike ordinary V60 drippers with exterior ribs where the filter clings to the walls and airflow struggles to move upward, this design uses inner grooves that keep channels open for smoother drawdown and balanced extraction.
