2. Product Information
Our store offers two types of products: Limited-Edition Physical Products and Digital Products. Each product type has unique usage terms and may have specific licensing restrictions.
All physical products are limited-edition items, crafted with unique designs. Due to the handcrafted nature of these items, minor variations may occur, adding to the individuality of each piece. The limited-edition eyewear sculptures are handcrafted, experimental design pieces produced in single editions. Variations in surface texture, small irregularities and material differences are a natural part of the artistic process and do not constitute defects.
The lacquer and finishing techniques used in these artworks are highly sensitive. Surface wear, micro-scratches, patina development and degradation caused by sweat, skin oils, moisture, friction, cosmetics, or cleaning agents are considered normal and unavoidable characteristics of the material. These changes do not qualify as defects and are not covered by warranty or return policies. Due to the experimental nature of the materials, no warranty is provided for aesthetic changes, surface aging, discoloration or mechanical wear resulting from handling or use. Warranty applies only to manufacturing defects that affect the structural integrity of the piece.

3. Pricing
All prices on our website include shipping costs for eligible countries.
Boem reserves the right to adjust prices, products, and services at our discretion. Price changes will not affect orders already placed.
4. Order Acceptance and Payment
We accept various payment methods, including major credit cards, PayPal, and other options as displayed at checkout.
Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation via email. This confirmation does not guarantee product availability; if an item is unavailable, we will contact you and issue a full refund if applicable.
5. Shipping Policy
Our products include shipping costs for select regions, focusing on Europe and the Americas. We use reliable, premium shipping services like DHL for the safe and timely delivery of your purchase. Once the product is handed over to the carrier (DHL or equivalent), the risk of loss or damage passes to the buyer. The buyer is responsible for inspecting the package immediately upon delivery and must report any visible transport damage to the carrier and the seller within 24 hours.
For deliveries outside the European Union, local customs duties, taxes or import fees may apply. These charges are not included in the product price and are the buyer’s responsibility. The seller is not able to influence or estimate these costs.
6. Returns and Refunds
Order Confirmation: Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation via email. This confirmation does not guarantee product availability; if an item is unavailable, we will contact you and issue a full refund if applicable.
Refunds for Digital Products: Due to the non-returnable nature of digital products, including digital designs, courses, or downloadable content, refunds are not provided once the product has been accessed or downloaded. All sales of digital products are final and non-refundable.
Returns and Refunds for Physical Products: As limited-edition items, all sales of physical products are final, with exceptions only for defective or damaged items. Please inspect your item upon receipt and contact us immediately if there is an issue.
For limited-edition eyewear sculptures, returns or refunds cannot be accepted for aesthetic issues, surface changes or signs of wear that occur during normal handling or use. Only proven manufacturing defects are eligible for a replacement or refund.
7. Intellectual Property and Licensing of Digital Products

8. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions apply to all products sold by Aleš Boem s.r.o., including sales on https://boem.co and other online platforms.
All transactions are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic. By purchasing from Aleš Boem s.r.o., you agree that any disputes will be resolved under Czech jurisdiction.
