Public furniture for Prague
Prague, the ancient capital city of the Czech Republic, boasts a fascinating history, spanning from its Romanesque origins to its flourishing during the Gothic, Renaissance, and Baroque eras, during which it served as the capital of the Kingdom of Bohemia. Each district in Prague exudes its own distinctive atmosphere and unique charm.
When designing furniture to complement this rich heritage, we sought to infuse a sense of antiquity into the pieces that would harmonize with the city’s timeless allure. The whole family of the new furniture is very diverse, it was important to create a design identity that could fit for all the pieces. Utilizing casted metal parts, meticulously shaped as sculptural elements, we were able to strike the perfect balance between modernity and tradition.
